By registering for the "Dear Future: A Dialogue on Sustainable Urbanism Webinar" ("the Event"), organized by All Things Urban and EIT Urban Mobility, you ("the Attendee") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Registration and Attendance
1.1. The Attendee agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
1.2. Attendance is free, but spots are limited. Registration is required to secure a place at the Event. All Things Urban and EIT Urban Mobility reserve the right to cancel or modify the Event at any time, without prior notice.
Personal Data and Privacy
2.1. By registering for the Event, the Attendee consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data by All Things Urban and EIT Urban Mobility for the purposes of organizing and managing the Event.
2.2. The Attendee grants permission to All Things Urban and EIT Urban Mobility to contact them via email for communication related to the Event, as well as future events, programs, and promotions.
2.3. All Things Urban and EIT Urban Mobility will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and their respective privacy policies. The Attendee has the right to opt-out of receiving communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the respective emails.
Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. All content, materials, and information presented during the Event are the intellectual property of All Things Urban, EIT Urban Mobility, and/or the respective speakers. Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution of the Event content is strictly prohibited.
3.2. The Attendee agrees not to use any information, materials, or content obtained during the Event for commercial purposes without prior written consent from All Things Urban and/or EIT Urban Mobility.
Liability and Indemnity
4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Things Urban and EIT Urban Mobility disclaim any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Attendee's participation in the Event.
4.2. The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Things Urban, EIT Urban Mobility, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or omissions related to the Event.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which All Things Urban and EIT Urban Mobility are registered. The Attendee agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the respective country for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Event.
By completing the registration process, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
